Top officials of Nmart Retails remanded: News by times of india 08//10/2012 VISAKHAPATNAM: Four top officials of Nmart Retails, including a director and chief executive officer, were remanded to custody by the Gajuwaka third metropolitan magistrate court in connection with a cheating case. They were brought here on a PT warrant from Prakasam district where they were arrested on similar charges. All the four officials were arrested by the Prakasam district police. One of the directors of the company Mohd Saleem, CEO Akhil, business head P Desai and human resources head Hiran Devani were presented before the magistrate who sentenced them to 14 days custody.
